Review summary

We had a wonderful time, staff were awesome, food was a huge disappointment, I hated how bad the smoke was in the casino. I was sick by Wednesday due to the smoke. I couldn't stay in the casino and gamble and that was disappointing. Overall it was a wonderful trip.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Very disappointed with the food and the length it took in the dining room. One night it took 1 1/2 hours and we felt like we had been forgotten about. We had a 19 month old with us and my daughter had to take her out of the dining room she was crying from waiting so long. Another night she fell asleep in the dining room. It's hard on adults to wait that long so for a child it's awful. The food on several days tasted like it had been warmed up. It wasn't good at all. Very disappointed.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We tried to attend every activity that was offered we loved the cruise director he was awsome.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The shows were ok not as good as we have seen on previous ships.

Children's Programs

The kids clubs were good just wasn't much for a 19th month old.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Great cabin and loved the size. It was perfect for my family.

Ship tip

If you don't like smoking stay away from the casino. It was awful and you could smell the smoke Le outside of the casino. They needfilers in there.

I will literally take extra stairs and go way out of my way to avoid the casino deck (I believe deck 5) altogether. The entire floor is so smoky I get an instant migraine! The poor folks who have to work in there all day... I can’t imagine.😷

They should have a separate casino area for non smokers. On my last cruise, just cutting through casino necessitated using an inhaler. Casinos in Vegas and on the reservations have discovered non smokers also LOVE to gamble

I wish they could figure out a good ventilation that could spray at times to help the smell because the whole deck area around the casino chokes u up. I am a ex smoker so of course the worst critic.

open decks starboard on the cruises i go on

Me too with smoke, casino or no casino. IMO, one of the negatives about a near smoke free environment. When we get around smoke we are more sensitive.

even though a smoker myself i think it should be no smoking in enclosed rooms. have areas on semi open deck areas for smokers
