We went jet skiing at Paradiso Beach, which was a tremendous blast and reasonably priced. Cozumel is always a beautiful place, but it's better experienced from a local all-inclusive resort than a cruise ship.

IT TOTALLY RAINED...but would still suggest not missing the charming people and shops...got my HUGE BOTTLE OF VANILLA. for $10. We didn't go, but Fat Tuesdays is right at end of pier and it was packed and everyone was having a blast.

The shopping in Cozumel is great. Lots of shops (some sanctioned by Carnival). The beaches are nice; lots of things to do.

We took a taxi to Playa Uvas. It was $12 one way. Playa Uvas was great! There was a $15 entrance fee per person, which included use of their facilities, snorkeling gear, and kayaks. The snorkeling was awesome! They also offer for an employee to go snorkeling with you if you'd like. The beach was not crowded, and the staff were friendly and attentive. They offer an unlimited drink package for 2 hours for $20 per person, and they have a food menu as well. I also noticed that they were offering massages and a fish spa.

Not Hawaii but the water and sand is beautiful. I loved experiencing the different culture since I'd never been to Mexico. We had 14 hrs in this port so that was great giving us time to do the beach, go to the ship & take a shower and then shop. The cab driver selected a beach for us since we had no idea. It was private and wonderful and only $5 to get into.

We did an excursion through Carnival to Excaret Park. While the park was amazingly beautiful more time was spent traveling to and from the ship than at being at the park. The entire excursion is spent rushing through to get back to the bus to the tender back to the ship on time. Would have loved to be able to pick what parts of the park we wanted to see than having it chosen for us. Also had to leave the ship early before breakfast and there was no opportunity to get sth to eat while on the excursion.

Go to Mr.Sanchos!! It was even better than I hoped! The drinks are not weak! I switched to bottled water after two drinks. The food was great. The $55 is worth it even if you don't drink! Manny and Julio were great!

Three Amigos reestaurant/bar in the port, food is ok but they are very friendly and put on a great show, very fun and entertaining. My 16 year old thought it was the most fun of the entire trip!
