Unfortunately, it was raining the day we visited GSC, however, we have visited before and it is one of our favorite islands. It is clean, well maintained, and you get to take advantage of all the amenities (food and drinks) and entertainment (DJs) from the ship. I can't wait to see what's to come on the island!

Wear comfortable shoes... You are going to walk far to even see a beach!

Nice island. There were plenty of lawn chairs, but they were VERY close together and crowded. Not a very big beach area so felt like everyone was on top of each other. We went early, and it was really nice before the masses arrived. The boat ride to the island was very rocky. Take dramamine! The buffet at the island was bettee than the one on the ship and drinks were also included on the island.

Beach was beautiful, but very rocky. Food was pretty darn good, but again, bar service (and service in general from staff) left much to be desired. Tender process was HORRIBLE. Most time was wasted getting to and from island.

The private island was very nicely laid out although it was very crowded. We did not do any excursions while on the island but we did rent two floats. People were having their float stolen it happened many times and we also had one taken from us. What’s your floats. It’s also very hard to find a lounge chair if you are one of the later tenders.

This was an unexpected gift from NCL added to our original itinerary and our favorite port of call on this trip

The Island is nice, IF you can tender over and spend the day. Most times the tendering is considered unsafe...so another sea day.

My only complaint here was that there was no dock, so we had to be tendered on/off ship. Otherwise, the island was clean, picturesque, and there were plenty of lounge chairs. Food was like on the ship - "blah", but was easy to get, as were the drinks.

Hurricane Dorian spoiled our plans for a beach day. Unfortunately, NCL was forced to cancel this port stop to avoid the storm.

Great Stirrup Cay was nice, but not excellent.
