You wouldn't miss a thing if they took this off the cruise.

A must see is the island itself. We really enjoyed the hammock, the clear blue water and swimming. We enjoyed a Coco Loco mixed drink. They were tasty.

This was PARADISE! We went jet skiing and parasailing. The island is beautiful. You can lay on a chair or beach mat to relax and soak up the sun. There are hundreds of hammocks scattered around the island. I layed in one next to a lagoon with iguanas sunning themselves in total privacy. There is food and drink and music and a little straw market. You had everything there! The only bad thing was we didn't stay long enough!

The snorkeling left much to be desired. You had to go so far out to see any fish and the entire reef is ruined with so many people treading in the water. The water was so cloudy that near the rocks even you could not see anything. It wasn't clear to any of us that we were just going to be snorkeling off the shore as we were under the impression that we would be going on a boat. When I booked the trip I had my own snorkle and perhaps I should have asked what the price would have been for just the vest and fins. The buffet was just great.

Under construction and no bar till 1:30 pm! The hat was not disclosed as well as the staffing issues on the ship eg. Training ship, under staffed, run down, with many problems. I'm so disappointed, and by letting them pick my room, it was a storage closet with a view of the water literally a few inches below the window with absolutely no view of anything that I paid extra for. In previous cruises when you allow the cruise line to select your room to get a small discount do you usually get a decent room or even an upgraded room not in this case. This room has a refrigerator in the middle of the floor a sharps needle container and the floor was filthy not only that myself and my wife were bitten by bugs I literally remove two off of my leg and I could not even get the room vacuum cleaned. This is my first trip booking under Delta sky Miles and I really feel that the cruise line short changed Delta because I've never had this bad of an experience referring to just the room obviously all the other issues with the shit being dirty run down broken toilets not working food is there entertainment was nonexistent obviously this is not dump this fall this is a misrepresentation by Royal Caribbean and I feel like I was taken advantage of I really expect some sort of compensation or maybe the future trip on a different ship this one was a complete completely frustrating unhappy weekend . I even ask for a different room they didn't have one. "Full ship" that also was a Lie to my estimation the ship was only about 75 to 80% occupied

Loved Cococay. It was very clean and well kept. The beaches were beautiful. I was disappointed that the ECO Tour was cancelled due to the boat engine not running. We did get to go on the Glass Bottom Boat tour which was nice, but it would have been better if they had refunded the ECO Tour and just allowed us to go on the glass bottom boat tour without charging us for that one as well. I had really been looking forward to the ECO Tour because of some of the locations that we were going to see and the history that was going to be told to us, and we didn't get that.

The snorkeling was average or below average. To be deemed a "sanctuary" was far fetched - one only had to look to see man's interference with the way a coral reef or seagrass bed develops. There weren't many fish and the usnken boat was so far inland that it was hard to see becasue of all the turbulance in the water from untrained snorklers. The "professional trainers" were terrible. All they offered was directions on how to inflate the life jacket and blow out the snorkel - not tips on how to handle the panicy feeling first time snorklers get, how to move about land in the fins or keep goggles from clouding up.
