We saw it on a wonderful clear day. Saw see otters and whales, salmon spawning and had a great guided walking tour.

The entire town is walkable. We walked to the Raptor Rehabilitation Center and back with a 5 year old. Science museum was fun and the walk through the rainforest was amazing. My favorite town...and one of the longer stops we made.

A small town with a lot of history. No excursion, walked the town shops and coffee bar. Visited the Pioneer home and Cathedral.

There is very little to see or do in Sitka. We expected the town to be full of Russian heritage and charm. Other than the Russian Orthodox church, we saw very levidence of the former Russian heritage. We wandered the shops, but found Sitka to be a dissapointment. Skagway is much more fun and interesting than Sitka.

A great town to just browse. This is a new docking area we had not seen before. A nice shop at port and buses transport passengers to town.

Dull town, hope you see a whale. The bear sanctuary and bird sanctuary were okay, but all in all, very LONG day.
