we never got to Sitka a cruw member jumped over board so the ship had to look for him for hours at night in very ruff sea .Missing our port .Stayed at sea for the next 2 days in very ruff sea not a good experience .Got a refund for the port charges, big deal, but not for the cruise that we Missed.

Lighthouse, eagles, and totems boat ride was nice but pretty uneventful for us.

Ketchikan was a very fun port. We enjoyed the shops and then took the Deadliest Catch excursion. This is a very informative, hands-on excursion and we had a great time. We saw lots of bald eagles and the people on the ship were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Quaint town. We very much enjoyed the walk through the Alaskan Rainforest and the Raptor Center. We loved getting so close to a bald eagle. The totem pole part was kind of a let down for me. They did tell the story about the one with the beak that they were carving on the 30 foot totem pole. Think I was expecting a room displaying the process in steps and the reasons for the different characters carved on them.
