Just finished our 7 day cruise on the Norwegian Bliss through Alaska. It was a very enjoyable vacation. We had incredible weather and the service on the boat was second to none. Really the only downside of the whole trip was Ketchacan. The part where Norwegian docs is a good 15-20 minute drive to town and you only have a few hours in the port. We book the lumberjack show but opted to skip it to do some shopping. It was really either or. No time to do both. Other than that, I had zero complaints about the cruise.

Absolutely beautiful cruising through the inside passage. It felt like non-stop stunning views. We also saw many humpback whales and dall porpoises.

Due to an emergency regarding a passenger, we were late leaving Skagway and our Inside Passage sailing took place later than scheduled. I must add here that the Captain and staff were genuinely concerned and graciously handled the situation with the upmost respect to the passenger and his/her family. What I did see of the Inside Passage was beautiful and we saw some seals, Dalls porpoise, and bald eagles.

Multiple smilies on this one. Go on deck (bundle up because it is cold and some viewing locations are windy) and snag the crew photographers and videographer to get some great photos and on the cruise DVD.
