We got really lucky weather wise and had an unprecedented view of the glaciers and mountain range surrounding, even the onboard naturalists commented that they don’t know the names of all the mountain peaks we were seeing because they are just so unused to seeking them that clearly! Definitely best time to cruise Alaska is late June!

Love Alaska. Calving of the glaciers is getting less and less due to global warming. see it before it's gone.

Explain what we plan to see ahead of time. Nobody was quite sure what we going to see. Harvard Glacier was a surprise but program and announcements didn't mention it.
