Review summary
enjoyed the mix of days at sea, so relaxing, and the days on shore with options for activities. We were in group with two other couples. The crew was excellent! Our waiter, Arren and the assistant waiter, D.J. were so very professional plus fun and personable. Our housekeeper, Jerry, was also excellent, very proficient and friendly!. Our only disappointment was not being able to use our specialty dinner credit of $50 per person. Our notice stated the time was chosen based on our dinner preference. We requested the early dinner, 5:15pm every night but the specialty dinner was set at 8:30pm. We went to both places and spoke with each head waiter who informed us there were no openings earlier on any night. We noticed several empty tables in both restaurants each night. I don't doubt that there were full reservations but many must have not shown up. Loved the glaciers and appreciated the commentary on the intercom. Loved the magician and the impersonator. Thank you. (also wish there was coffee available any time on aft part of ship without using room service. )

Ship tip
on our deck, 8th, we were 2 rooms from the back of the ship and the entire back is a balcony which very few people use. Great place to see on both sides of ship! Not sure how many decks have this but more than just ours! Also love the covered individual balconies.
