Review summary

All the staff was so helpful and friendly. I did feel that the first day some crew members were a little pushy with sales. Our cabin was spotless. The food plentiful and delicious. Entertainment was everywhere each evening. Top rated. Unfortunately there was a sewer type odor in the atrium area and down our hallway. I wish it had been taken care of during our sail. The naturalists on board and national park people were awesome. And Mother Nature put on the best show!

Dolds... any update on the sewer issue? I'm just saw reviews and I am scheduled for Panama Canal in 2017. I hope it's fixed!

Indastalker.....well if u see me....make sure u say hello! I will too. Yeah, I have been on Shipmate since I booked the cruise in late January....lots of complaints about the sewer smell on this ship and another.

Dolds67 we also will be with you . I am skeptical after reading about the sawed problem too. These complaints are not new. It's been close to yr by now. I hope it's not true for us.

It seems they can't fix that sewer smell.....with the many text I have read. Disappointing. My BF and I will be in the ship Oct 9th....going to Panama. If not fixed it might be time to use another cruise line.....
