September 2018 - 10 Night Canada & New England (New York To Quebec City) Cruise on Norwegian Gem

The Gem main dining room service was horrible, some times we were at dinner for 4 hrs. Missed a lot of 7pm show due to slow/bad service. One night I did not get my wine glass until desert showed up...I
had ordered it with dinner. The kept the dining room very Dark, wonder what they were trying to hide!
October 2017 - 7 Night Western Caribbean (Ft. Lauderdale Roundtrip) Cruise on Allure of the Seas
The crew was amazing; however after paying for an expensive cruise and then going to Nassau twice and Cozumel it was a very disappointing cruise
RCL mot being flexable with allowing us to cancel and rebook on another ship. The did not give any compensation for the less than desirable ports when booked originally on more expensive cruise, st Tomas, st Kitts. Drying cleaning did not get done in time for dinner and like all other responses "sorry we can't do anything" would not recommend RCL to anyone
