Why I can't wait to take our next cruise

Remember that "new old camera" that came after we had left for our last cruise ? The Viewmaster camera. Well, over the last several months I have been able to acquire several other pieces to the VM system. I was able to get both closeup lenses, and today, the flash unit arrived. I have the bulb adapters, and flashbulbs are on their way. I have been buying blank reels as they come up on e-bay. So, when we take our next cruise, I will be able to create some really cool memories for us.

My little geeky heart is so happy! That looks so cool! It does look heavy as well. I would carry that sucker on, and not check it.

Enjoy your photography. I hope that you get some great shots.

That is REALLLLLY awesome! Brings back lots of old memories of when I was a kid and the countless hours of enjoyment I had with my Viewmaster! I had a shoe box full of reels. Oh how I wish now that I had kept them! SO COOL!!!!Big Smile Thanks for sharing BAK1061!!!

It's actually a heavy camera. Heavier than you'd think anyway.

Probably, but I don't intend to bring any reels. So, leave your VM home.

It's pretty neat but how much does this weigh?

Will you bring this with you when you take the Cruiseline.com cruise?

If so, should we bring our own viewmaster?

Bummer!Crying

I can't show the photos as they end up as Viewmaster discs.

sorry
