Why at times do I get the look of surprised when a pesky passenger asks who I'm with and I say I'm solo this trip. I know I'm extremely handsome but being single at the moment doesn't stop me for cruising.

My wife and her childhood girl friend cruise together once in a while and I go in a cruise solo on a different ship. Last one we were on, my wife was on Magic and I was on Freedom and they arrived in Cozumel together.(cool!!!) I tell people that and they give me a weird look. We trust each other as we have been married 46 years..we like to do weird things like that

I sometimes get looked at oddly by staff members and sometimes get comments because I'm a solo traveler. (I'm an ugly SOB so I know they aren't looking at me for good looks). I'm at the age now where I don't care what people think. I'm going traveling whether I'm hated or not in the places I go to.
