Shameful rebooking/cancelation MSC policy

Hello,

The current MSC position regarding rebooking or cancelation is shameful.
Canceled flights, closed ports, ships in quarantine.
The unbelievable criteria to entry to ship-temperature under 37.5.
US State department, CDC warns public to avoid traveling on cruise ships...

But the MSC repeating-you have to come (if you will find some still operating flight), we can deny entry to ship, because 37.5 body temperature, we possible will be refused to entry to selected destinations, we maybe will quarantined, we will stress you and your children with all of this …

But you have to come. No choice.

Select different company for cruise please. :(

Unreal. Will not bode well for this cruise line if they continue with this policy.

I "kind of" looked it up, just out of curiousity...MSC's policy IS shameful, and they claimed to have "adjusted" it. They've actually made it worse, if that's possible.

WOW! That seems a bit out of line from all the other cruise lines. Maybe they will change to fit the the mold.Surprised
