Went back to reread some of this...even more interesting to me now, we've got 2 booked on her....and...oh yeah..1190+ views for something thats "not news".....amaaaaaazing.....

Same on the Joy. The Observation lounge is great.

So now, if we are ever on a NCL cruise togther, I KNOW where to find you.Wink

The Bliss is a nice ship. Make the "Observation Lounge" your go to place on the ship. Nice and quiet, no kids, a separate bar and a small sandwich and salad bar. When not in our room my wife and I parked ourselves there.

Total cruising = 2 spouses.

Less luggage, less bickering, more vacationing...lol

This will be our first time on a Large ship. BLISS. We have done River Cruises in Europe and simply LOVED them. We do not care for loud and noisy voices and information being blasted all day long. I have a feeling from reading so much since we booked this in July and now almost 8 months later I am being leary.

I said to my husband you should try almost everything at least once. We will see very soon now. I said to him though let's make the best of it. Luckily we managed to fit a few Mexican vacations in during the low Covid counts during the Pandemic. We were very fortunate we did not get sick. I will try to post a follow up when we return.

Thanks for the information on this site which I just found a little while ago.

I was on the 12 day transatlantic cruise on the Prima. I know everyone has their preferences, and I was skeptical about the same menu every night, but I ended up liking it. First, the menu is extensive enough for even a long cruise. Second, with Free at Sea, you'll have some specialty dining. Third, there's also the Indulge Food Hall and The Local, even if like me, you never have had dinner at the buffet. Fourth, if there's something you especially like, you're not limited to having it only on the day it's offered.

Anyway, that's my opinion, to each their own.

EVERY NIGHT and DAY? What about a 15 day cruise? Will it be the same for 15 days? I sure do not hope so.

Now that is not cricket. They have always in the past just issued the credit with no questions and no fuss.

Ouch is right.
