Awesome time at Symphony of the Seas

A shortened cruise cause of hurricane Dorian but was an excellent trip. Shows, food , employees, Nassau, Bahamas port , altogether made this cruise an amazing time at Symphony of the Seas. Glad decided to anyway sail. Starting with the embarkation that was super easy , the welcome party, the many eating options with a great staff made this trip an unforgettable one.

Best ship ever

The shows are outstanding. My family loved the surfing ares a well s the many options for eating. The American Icon Grill needs a fine tuning in the time between starters, main dinner and dessert. Too much time between them.

Opportunity areas for RC at Adventure of the Seas

orst service ever experienced. Rude attendants at Vivaldi's , pool , Windjammer. Lack of compromise with guests, bad attitudes. Only Oleksander on Vivaldi's and the crew by Next Cruise area had outstanding service, the rest of the employees need urgent service techniques or skills to be taught or developed.

Always great port

Nassau, Bahamas

Had a blast at Bahamas. Had a tour with a great and well informative guide. Also went to Atlantis. Never felt unsafe . Great place.

Symphony of the Seas

Book shows before departure.

Cartagena, Colombia

Nice place, tour from Shore Excursioner had a delay and didn’t enjoy the city as planned. The Hop on / Hop off bus was good but couldn’t hop off anywhere cause of the excursion delay and short time in this port

Colon, Panama

Went off the ship for some WiFi. Poverty everywhere, a stop to pickup people from excursions. Many armed guards on the premises . Didn’t like this port at all.

Cruise Gatun Lake (Inside Panama Canal)

No tour , decided to experience the ship passing the Panama Canal. A great experience. Many people bought excursions and didn’t hear the best feedback. Complaining with extended tour time, food. Glad stayed at the ship.

Puerto Limon, Costa Rica

Did a tour thru Shore Excursioner. Best price, half if compared to ship prices. Tour guide Larry is the best. Informative, nice person. Took us to many places including the beach. Had a great time.

Harvest Caye, Belize

Great facilities, nice pool and good beach. Perhaps food and drinks must be purchased, had a great time!! 5-7 minutes walk from ship to facilities . Stores will have basically same stuff and high prices.

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

Booked a tour thru Shore Excursioner, Anderson tours did an excellent job. Went to chocolate factory, rum cakes place, mini zoo and Tabyana beach. Perfect day, perfect place.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

Loved this port. When on an excursion to Mayans Ruins and then to Bacalar Resort. Awesome. Shore Excursioner highly recommended . Best prices. Tour guide very knowledgeable.
