Review summary

orst service ever experienced. Rude attendants at Vivaldi's , pool , Windjammer. Lack of compromise with guests, bad attitudes. Only Oleksander on Vivaldi's and the crew by Next Cruise area had outstanding service, the rest of the employees need urgent service techniques or skills to be taught or developed.

Best food is at Vivaldi's . Quality of food on Windjammer is bad. Don't even think to squeeze your own oranges for juice, they will take them out of the fruits table.

Onboard activities staff were awesome. Renato was great. The made their best to keep up the entertainment.
