It was not impressive. People all nice. But procedures were not great from the start. We got there at our time. Had to find parking in heron parking and be bussed over. Not easy finding. Bussing went ok. Then checked in fast almost the end to checking. Sat and waited for numerous numbers to be called. By time we boarded mariner lunch over. Busy in lido.

Food and Dining
Main dining room first night and breakfast was not cooked well, slightly warm and slow. But the service food and our waiters on table 11 were top notch. In lunch we had Wasson. The man smiled when carrying tray of food. Wonderful people food was good. Need more staffing. I blame holland for this. The servers tried so hard. Service was excellent. David and Jakob. 10 stars plus.

25 year old movie, same talk on history of holland was great 1 time. Not twice. The same act from England we went once not two more times. Once was enough. The comedian I loved . Piano player excellent. Jazz band ten stars. Rolling stone lounge ok.
Service and Staff
Only thing saving our cruise we’re the people working on ship. Excellent job. From stewards pumi and ryka for 7132. To waiters to mataince. All smiled and made us feel welcome. Keep cutting them holland you will soon need less when you have no cruisers.

Comfort service layout superb. Best beds in all of cruise lines. Tv didn’t work well butstewards got it fixed. Served us two times a day and that was perfect.
