St. Petersburg, Russian Federation
just stayed near port terminal. Protesters delayed ship leaving on time by six hours. Delay not handled well by Holland America. Very few updates. Waited long time before giving assistance to rebook flights
Disembarkation
disembarkation chaotic and not well handled. Let people off out of order which allowed people not needing to get to airport to leave before those who had connections to make.
