Wonderful experience - great family bonding cruise. I'd do it again.

Food and Dining

Breakfast offerings at Lido Market were excellent. Main dining room menu would have benefited by showing pictures of the items (maybe on the cruise app) so we could see what the items are (it wasn't clear what was a pasta dish or what was in various appetizers). The kitchen posts these photos in the back but passengers don't have access.
Onboard Activities

Didn't really use them. Too cold for the pool.
Entertainment

Liked the America's Test Kitchen offerings. Lincoln Center Stage was my favorite experience. The main stage shows were good. They were generally offered twice, which made them accessible to everyone. One show was offered only once and we arrived too late to find a seat. Pianists were not that great - they tried too hard (Liberace style and Jerry Lee Lewis style).
Service and Staff

Everyone I encountered on the staff was friendly and accommodating. It was amazing to see the ship's Captain take part in so many events, even greeting us as we went on various tours.
Ship Quality

Yes, very clean. The layout of the shops made it inconvenient to shop as they were out of the way. The items in the main shop were not very appealing.
Cabin / Stateroom

Wonderful location (front of ship near elevators) and being on the port side afforded us better vistas of things like sunsets and distant islands
Scenic Drive and Dornoch - very cute town, Dornoch. The Whisky shop had a wonderful clerk who explained the Scottish tartans and how they were handed down to the next generation. The Jail is a great place to shop
Wish we didn't go on the Giant's Causeway tour because it took about 2 hours just to get there and not much to do once there. It's interesting but...would have rather spent time in Belfast proper.
Didn't have a tour as the wine tour was closed on Sundays, so our tour was canceled. We took a small tourist train at de Gaulle plaza which gave us the lay of the land. We had a good time walking through neighborhoods and window shopping (many shops were closed). Met some friendly locals who helped us locate an open bakery so we could buy some macrons.
Didn't have an excursion and there was a national public transportation strike. It took forever to get a seat on one of the Hop On Hop Off buses. Wish I would have known to go to a different pick up spot and not the one across the street from the airport. The canal boat tours are better than the buses.
No excursion. It was Feast of the Ascension and the whole town was practically shut down. With the rain and nothing much to see that was open, the day was fairly disappointing. A highlight was walking the roof of the Opera House.
