Food did not meet expectations, both quality and variety. The food in the upgraded restaurants were quite good. In the main dining room I was not even offered a cocktail or wine. The servers seem more occupied with serving the guests with wine packages.

I visited the Spa, attended a couple of the cooking demonstrations and participated in the group trivia sessions.

The two piano players in the Billboard lounge were fantastic and the band in BBKings was great too. In general the entertainment was very nice.

Our room steward Paul was lovely and took great care of us and any request. Where service expectations were not met I believe more training is what is required. The people seem eager to please, some just don’t know what to do.

Some of the exterior common areas around the pool decks seem a bit old and in need of a refresh.

The suite was lovely, I believe the lighting was lacking. The room seemed dark and seeing near the closet was difficult.
