The crows nest service was fantastic. I miss my morning coffee withe Jennifer The food in the dining room was never served warm - they need a better way to keep food warm menu was delicicious.

Long lines and only 3 customs agents! They knew 2K people were planning arriving. This is no fault of HAL but made it for a stressful day after a lovely holiday.
