Relaxing cruise vising beautiful locations. Most are small and provide a great opportunity for walking around the towns.

This is the fourth cruise I have with Holland America. I found a lot of things worst than other cruises with the same company. Little things, but enough to be dissappointed. The lack of attention to details was the characteristic of this cruise. .

This is the least favorite Holland cruise we have been on. I’m not sure if they had so many issues because they haven’t cruised for two years or if it is because they are pinching Pennie’s to make up for monies lost during covid times of not sailing.

I would recommend this cruise to people. However, I would provide a training course on how to survive it without getting frustrated.

This 33 day cruise was perfect. It was hard to return to reality where I actually had to make my bed, cook my food and do my laundry. I have so many wonderful memories and made some new friends. I would do it again and want to go on another long cruise in the near future.

Holland does a great job overall the ship is super clean and the staff VERY much focused on the people on board

Unhappy with service from Delta . Misleading naming since it is an independent travel agent. Also Booked accommodations were not as anticipated. Required additional expense to upgrade. Airport transfers were not included with flight bookings.

This was a repositioning cruise from Montreal to Ft Lauderdale. This was a great cruise for us. I enjoyed the 3 days at sea sailing down to Florida, it provides some relaxing time to unwind and enjoy the trip. I highly recommend Holland America, however, be aware that it is definitely an older crowd. There were only 3 children under the age of 13 and then the next youngest was probably in their late 20s traveling with family. I would guess the average age of all passengers was probably in their late 70s.

Very easy to leave a day early as we were cleared in Bar Harbor. Walked off with luggage and in my car 6 minutes later. Home in 35 minutes. Best embarkation ever.

First cruise, liked it, didn't love it, didn't hate it. Had a good time with family/friends. Used wrist bands for nausea suppression, seemed to work well. Not much (almost no) autumn color -- luck of the draw. Weather cooler than most people seemed to have expected. Orange night was weak. Gala nights (2) seemed designed to increase photo sales. Enjoyed Acadia and Canada. Navigator app worked well enough (airplane mode, wifi on while on ship to access this app, app doesn't really provide anything when disembarked.)

This was a very good, relaxing and cost effective way to travel to the places that we visited.

5 Star experience across the board!! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit the Northeast and Canada. Most of the cruisers with us were older and almost no kids. Food was fantastic, everything and everyone was just awesome!! Thank you Zaandam crew!

we booked last minute (2 weeks prior to sailing) Had a great time. we drove to montreal-apx 625 miles from Wooster Ohio. We will cruise Holland America again. We liked the size of ship-like our 1st cruise in 1991. Been on a couple of mega ships-4000 pass.- we perfer the 1500 pass. size.

Enjoyable except for first day. Never go on the Zaandam unless it has been completely overhauled. They had the same problem last year where people had to be bused

I know emergencies happen, but it should have been handled differently. HAL did not care one bit about the passengers. There were many elderly and guests with special needs. No questions were asked. If you did not get on the school bus you were completely out of luck. No water - and 1 stop at a rest area after 2 hours. Many busses were there and the lines were long. This final impression of the cruise does not reflect well on HAL.

Great cruise with ports. Staff was friendly but seemed fake by most. I guess that’s what to expect when they are on the ships for months. Missing family I’m sure and working long days

Very sleepy cruise. Lovely ship, good food however Main Dining Room service was very slow with long pauses between courses.

Very happy with the cruise, Plenty of sitting area. O\Poo; ans hot tub nice.

Nice, easy going cruise without a zillion people in every port. Didn't like losing valuable time in Quebec.
