Review summary

This is the fourth cruise I have with Holland America. I found a lot of things worst than other cruises with the same company. Little things, but enough to be dissappointed. The lack of attention to details was the characteristic of this cruise. .

The tour was suppose to be two hours to three. Was only one and a half. We were suppose to get to the airport at noon. We arrive at 10 AM. I do not feel worth it for the money and have to spend two hours more in the airport. Very bad

Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. Were the previous cruises prior to the shutdown? If so, not surprised this one didn’t meet your standard.

That doesn't sound like the Holland America that I know. Why are all the negative reviews come from people with NO cruise history. Seems to be a lot of these type of reviews lately.
