Review summary
This was our first cruise. The ship seemed a bit old and tired. We had horrible vibration for two days and a fair amount of motion on our sea day. Our bathroom was not clean and on top of that above us was the Lido kitchen which does not have quiet hours. It was unbelievably noisy and impacted our sleep. We did get a $500 credit which was appreciated but for a first experience other than the room being a nice size and the kindness of most crew members it was not a great first experience.Embarkation
Not great. We had a time but there were so many people and we had to sit and wait while others snuck on board. Not the best process.

Overall it was okay. It seemed like a lot of the activities were around selling something or a service.

So very friendly; however, it would have been nice to be welcomed on board in a manner that felt inviting.
Ship Quality
The ship layout was fine but I guess I thought it would be more grand and our toilet was not cleaned properly. There was blood on it!!
Cabin / Stateroom
Size and layout were great. It was not in a good location (kitchen above, see comments below) and the bathroom wasn't fully clean and room smelled musty.
Ship tip
If you have sea days prepare to feel motion and hope they have their vibration issued resolved!

Not impressed with this stop. Not much to do and our tour guide was absolutely horrible. She even yelled at those attending twice.

This was fine. Seemed well organized overall.
