Review summary

I enjoyed my cruise but would not choose this line next time due to the lack of entertainment and things to do on board. Grateful we had a balcony because we ended up spending a lot of our time there.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
The embarkation was smooth and easy

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Although the food was decent and we certainly didn't go hungry there was little variety and little to no seasoning on most. The drink of tea and lemonade was not available in the morning while mimosas were offered for an additional fee. The staff was very attentive and polite. The serving staff plating the food really didn't listen very well, and when you asked for a little more (or less) it really wasn't heard

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
The onboard activity was lacking to say the least! adult coloring or water painting (really). You could pay $30 to play four games of bingo.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
This was so extremely disappointing!! The world stage shows were subpar. I have seen better with high school choirs and talent and there were very few events

Children's Programs

no children with us

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Although the room was clean there were no frills (like towel animals) We had painting odor fill our rooms and the apology was three quarter size cupcakes.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

not including the odor of paint on the one day our cabin was wonderful!

Ship tip

Do not go for the entertainment because it was lacking!

could have had less time here and more in Ketchikan

Ketchikan, Alaska

5 out of 5
Got an excursion off the ship and it was well done. We should have had more time in Ketchikan because there was so much more to do there! Time was to limited

Victoria, British Columbia Did not visit port

It is crazy that 3.5 hours and had to pay $30 to a shuttle to get to town. Also know that only one bar was open on each floor while in this port and getting a drink on board was difficult while in port.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
quick and easy and breakfast was avalible before. Staff thank us for cruising with them as we left.
