Review summary

I was promised and paid for Have It All package to find out it does not cover the third person in each room. Then they would not refund money for the HIA package and would not refund the drinks that the third person in each room ordered (sodas - 3 of them). They send coupons to your room - but look at the fine print. You get $50 off but must spend it on a $300 service or more package. Everyday I got more charges and spent more time in CS trying to get them back. I feel like I spent more time in CS then I did enjoying the cruise.

Went to dining room - was so rushed they didn't even get cabin numbers from all the guests I was with, Then they couldn't find the table and the girl kept asking me how many people - I kept saying 5. She would walk us around and ask me again - I said still 5 but do you want me to ask someone to join us. The people around us thought it was funny. She kept walking us around. The other areas were AMAZING

Customer service was horrible. The desk staff were great but when they had to ask "someone" in back - they always came with a negative answer. So going to customer service was a waste of time. I felt they got us on their cruise and there was nothing we could do about it - so they did not have to be helpful at all.

Ship Quality

Everything was well maintained. But we heard quite a bit of creaking in our room at night. The ship looked worn down.

Cabin / Stateroom

It was hard pressed to fit 2 people into the room - I can't imagine 4.

Not sure about this review. You said the Have it All did not cover the 3rd person in the room but then you said the cabin was small but ok for 2 and couldn’t imagine having 4 in there.

We had that package on the Eurodam and had no issues, but then we were the only two in the room and the fine print was not hard for us since we could ignore the parts with 3 or 4 in a cabin.
