Really good cruise that gives you an insight into Asia. Would recommend.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Our embarkstion was only fair. Took ages to get on board, heaps of people in embarkation hall, with the queue snaked around,, and admittedly it was our fault, but we did not have a record of our room number, eventually someone was able to help us and then we had to rush for the lifeboat demonstration.

Cabin / Stateroom

Good size, very comfortable bed, shower might have been a bit on the small side. Large balcony. Good movie selection.
Bangkok is lovely, but it is a two and a half hour drive to get there. Once we there it is so beautiful, but you won't be on your own. Plenty of people. Had a very nice lunch and dinner, visited the market. Top experience.
Cambodia was a real eye opener. People appear very poor, some streets little better than a dirt road. It was the shuttle bus that we were on, so really can't complain. Heaps of bikes, Buildings with no footpaths, nic buildins with the one adjoing it falling down. Did not like the look of the beach and it was a hot day. The people are very very friendly.
Halong Bay is absolutely beautiful place to go to and no trip to Vietnam would be complete if you did not cruise there. Some great sights that never stop. We did have a beautiful day. Also went to Da Nong cave which is beyond imagination, so really nice. Ha Long Bay is my favourite place in Vietnam.
Arrive in Hong Kong early on the morning. The harbour is so nice. WE would have loved to have spent more time there, but unfortunately all this talk of unrest, which we never saw, made us decide to leave that day. So, six hours in the airport. Would like to visit again.
