95% of stuff are friendly, pleasant and helpful. It was very impressive to see so many guests and amount of food were handled in the best way possible.

The computer classes were great always. The port introductions were good only we expected to see all the photos to see when we got off.

It was nice to see poolside local entertainment and Latin music at Lincoln stage.
We were expecting local entreatments on MainStage. We could not make sense out of Irish music in Central America cruise. I got more agreement from all people I spoke to Latin music would been more enjoyable. The Irish musicians were good just they were in wrong place. Just as there are no music or entertainers in Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and Columbia.
The same comments to the Westerdam entertainers. The choice of music could made tremendous different. Most of the performance were for much younger audiences especially "the playback". I couldn't agree more other peoples' comments not one piece of music was recognized.
Most of background music might been better with Latin music.
Two stars because Tyler Bryce and Chris Blackmore were great.

The water run over tub I had to clean the floor every time I took bath. No more iron and laundry room.
We were forced into the small bus, uncomfortable single seats and separated from our friends. The food was bad.
I could been happier if it was traded to Panama port get off.
We only saw TWO alligators to go see alligators. I saw so many alligators in Disney World area just passing though the streets. We should've taking other optional tour.
No stuff to lead at the way to embarkation till 7:45 our departure time. The time estimation was way out of expectation which causes confusions and mess. Which too many people did not fallow the instruction stay away from the staircase area. More stuff needed in that area instead of well costumed good by stuffs. They could been spread out to lead the way out.
We saw so many people difficulty walking all the way from custom to the airport bus. I won't recommend to handicap friends.
