Review summary

Having cruised with Holland America before we had high expectations. Due to personnell cuts the level of service and cleanliness were disapointing.

Ports of call

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

5 out of 5
The Cactus Club, very near the port, was clean, comfortable and made you feel at home.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

3 out of 5
A typical Mexican Riviera port. A beach and lots of shopping.

Cartagena, Colombia

Great shops. Take a Taxi with a guide to the Old City, well worth the time and expense.

Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala

Great shops right in the port.
