Review summary

We were delighted with the service throughout our holiday. Our waiter Vlado was outstanding in every way and couldn’t do enough to please us. He remembered all our specific requirements and was extremely professional at all times. Our assistant waiter Savio was extremely efficient and we couldn’t have asked for a better team. Our housekeeper Caswyn was very friendly & extremely helpful in lots of ways giving us anything we needed & was also very informative. Our cabin was always spotless. The cruise director, Steve & activities manager, Eric were fantastic and we all enjoyed either participating in or watching their events. Thriller & Dancing with the Stars were two of our highlights. We also really enjoyed Charlie’s activities & show. Although we had read some negative comments about Vision before we went on holiday, we really had nothing to worry about. Although the ship is one of the older ones and you can tell it isn’t new, the cleanliness, outstanding staff service, quality of the food and fanstaic entertainment totally made up for any signs of age there may have been. Thank you to all concerned.
