Review summary
I recently completed a cruise on the Vision of the Seas. We set sail on July 25, 2018, returning on August 6, 2018. I was assigned cabin 8029. Without hesitation I had the trip of a lifetime, exceeding all of my dreams and thoughts. It was the professionalism of the staff on the Vision of the Seas that provided this memorable vacation. Everyone that I came in contact with treated my wife and myself with the utmost courtesy and care. I would like to single out the following individuals who far exceeded my expectations and are directly related to the great enjoyment we enjoyed on the ship: 1) Mr. Fenelao Fernandes (Windjammer Manager, Food & Beverage) Mr. Fernandes greeted us daily with a smile. Always wanting to know if everything was going well and offering his services should we require any assistance at any time. He exemplified true professionalism, empathy, care and kindness at all times. I consider Mr. Fernandes to be a person that I can call a friend. Based on our experience, we would like to recommend Mr. Fernandez for a commendation; he is truly someone I would love to cruise with on our next adventure! 2) Mr. Lutchumom Randeer (Bartender, Solarium Bar) Mr. Randeer took such care of my wife, family and friends. Always greeting with me “Mr. Bob”. I utilized the gym each and every day while on the cruise. Existing by the Solarium bar, Mr. Randeer would call out “Mr. Bob, please come get some water”. He could recognize that I had just worked out and should replenish water in my system. I will truly miss his greeting and kindness that he shared with my wife, family and friends. As I look back, I realize that Mr. Randeer treated everyone with type of kindness. Another individual who I look forward to cruising with again. 3) Fatima De Oliverira (Stateroom Attendant, Housekeeping) Ms. De Oliverira was extremely gracious the entire time during our cruise. Always wanting to do more to ensure that our enjoyment on the cruise was met. Our cabin was always well taken care of and ready for my wife and I to enjoy. A big thanks to Ms. De Oliverira for taking exceptional care of us and ensuring our enjoyment. Another person I look forward to cruising with in the futureEmbarkation
