Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Main dining food was poor.. We complained several times, but never was satisfied with the results. We pre-purchased the 5 night speciality restaurants. (Based on great experiences in the past) Chops steakhouse was poor. We brought our own bottle of wine and the waiter informed us that he would charge us $15 to open it. We were not happy but we agreed.. It took him 45 minutes to finally open the bottle. In the mean time “we had no server”. He never came back to the table.. poor service. So, our overall food experience was very poor.

Service and Staff

Service in the restaurants was poor.. I’m giving 2 stars because the bartenders were very good... Laura the Asst Manager over booking the tours, was terrible.. I complained to Stephanie (her supervisor) and it didn’t do any good.. Seems like no one wanted to make me happy.. very disappointed with the lack of management involvement. How is the room ? The ship is going in dry dock in November 2018 for 2 weeks to a month hoping the refurbishment comes out great before our Christmas cruise
