Review summary

The itinerary was great. The room and dining room staff was very good.

Ship needs updates. Room air conditioning system was not working. Took 3 days to get it fixed. This should have been fixed after the first complaint was made. Room needs new mattresses. Food was terrible and what happened to Lobster Night?

ship was old. Shopping was not very good on board. Not enough lounge chairs.

I was on cruise April 30 and air/con not working - seemed to be stuck on high cold and could not be turned down or off. Complained to lovely cabin steward and then at customer services - it took about 3 days to get it sorted. I'm permanently cold so this was really bad for me. I was o. Vacation to get some heat!!

I have just had the Greek Island cruise and agree with all you said. Air conditioning not working and no lobster. Apart from that I thought the food itinerary, staff were great.
