Review summary

Don't hesitate to try a Virgin Voyage. We booked our next cruise before we left the ship which we've never done before. It's easily our favorite cruise line now and we recommend it to everyone. This was also our first time embarking out of San Juan and we are also doing that again next year. Very port heavy which is how we like to cruise and we got to experience islands that you can't get to unless you're on a longer cruise. Can't wait to be back next year!

This was our first time embarking out of San Juan. The process was very smooth. The entire staff did a great job controlling the crowd. We basically breezed right onto the ship once our time was called.

Best food and drink on any ship I've been on. The food is fresh and the chefs really think out of the box to bring you unique experiences. There wasn't a single restaurant that we were disappointed in. The bars were also incredible. You could get the typical pina coladas and Bahama mamas, but with such creative menus we never felt obligated to go for the standard cruise drinks. Everything was delicious.

The room itself is great. It has all the bells and whistles you'd want an upscale cruise cabin to have. The only negative is that we were directly below the Korean BBQ restaurant which can be pretty loud late into the night. The overhanging deck above was also mildly annoying.
