So much to do on the ship, even tough there id over 6,000 possible people on the ship, you never fell crowded except for the first day and last day on the ship (elevators).

Have fun and enjoy!! Lots to do.

For new cruisers: it would be to their benefit to book a room near the elevator which would eliminate you from walking one end of the ship to the other since the ship is like a city on the ocean. You will keep walking in the wrong direction, but being near an elevator will help give you a sense of direction.

Don’t be afraid of the size of this ship. We never felt overwhelmed or too crowded at any venue on this ship. Very good design.

If you actually want to do the on-board activities, make sure that you read all the rules and plan your entire vacation around the limited windows to do them.

Book everything you can before you leave home so that you can just have an amazing time. We pre-booked the drinks package, internet, dinning package and most importantly show reservations. One other top tip - if you do buy the ultimate dining package then make sure to make your individual restaurant reservations soon after embarkation.

I believe this was the third sailing for the Symphony and we along with the cruise industry are very happy to get back to cruising. At the time of our sailing the ships capacity was 1648 passengers and was only about 25% full. The ship normally would have over 6200 people. We really enjoyed the opportunity to be on this sailing as it gave us a chance to really enjoy the space, shows and venues.

Think long and hard about going during Covid with mask restrictions. Ship was closed off 66% of areas so even with 17% capacity filled, some venues hard to get into. Would never sail this ship or class again due to layouts of pool and suite level non perks.

Enjoy every minute of it - it is an awesome ship!
