The ship and the itinerary were amazing. It was a wonderful cruise.

Overall the cruise was nice. Ship was beautiful. We would do it again. I would just make sure we set reservations for anything we want to do on and off the ship very far in advance.

This was not the customer service I normally receive on RC cruises. I needed change rooms because on my balcony was too noisy. Guest services didn’t know how to switch rooms correctly and kept giving me keys that didn’t work x3. I got so frustrated I finally said I’m not wasting anymore of my time on the cruise and called but they still didn’t listen to me so I had to get a manager involved. I paid for high speed zoom wifi which was a total waste of money because it kept kicking me off so I couldn’t get my work done. Called to complain about that and no response one ever called me back. I took a walking tour that was so horrible I left because the guide went an hour over the time and they refused to give me my money back. I will never take or book an excursion with royal Caribbean again. It must be said this cruise was still 100 times better than going on the red, white, and blue boats.

The ship is beautiful and all the experiences are breath taking. There are plenty of ways to pay extra for things on the ship taking away from all inclusive experience but the good times are worth it. They lost my bag at the end of the trip and rushed me off the boat without any answers though

The ship was amazing. The food was average overall compared to other cruises I have been on. The excursions were ok, did not meet expectations, especially our snorkel trip to Roatan. Service from wait staff and cabin steward could not have been better.

This was a graduation gift for our college and High school graduates. We had 2 adjoining balcony rooms with the partition removed. That is the only way to go! So convenient and enjoyable for all of us. Plenty of space and activities. Great food!

Great service and friendly staff at the Dining room, our Waiter Sanjit, assistant Waiter Inengah and Head Waiter Joel were just outstanding, they treated us as “la crème de la crème”, we had the best time. Cabin attendant Mathis was very professional and always kept our cabin impeccable. Rest of staffing at guest service were excellent, workers at cleaning public areas were the quiet angels always working hard, friendly and polite. The Ship around is beautiful.

We saved a lot of money going with vs going directly with Royal Caribbean for the same cabin. Our agent was helpful and solved a few problems with paper work from Royal Caribbean. It wa a pleat and will. Ok with Bj’s again and our same agent

We loved our cruise and would definitely sail on Symphony of the Seas again. CoCoCay was fun but could use more lounge chairs, umbrellas and food stations. St. Maarten was awesome, and we loved St. Thomas despite the heavy rains that day. The food on board was the best we've ever had on a cruise ship and the same goes for the shows (usually they are awful.) Make your dinner and excursion reservations before the cruise. Make your show reservations as soon as you step on board to avoid getting shut out. Get to the pool early on sea days and grab your chair because the chair hogs come out early and never give up their loungers. The staff did not clear towels from idle lounge chairs on this cruise as they have in the past. Drink prices have gone WAY up and the drinks were weak. Give yourself an hour to get off the ship at disembarkation. Once you are off the ship, grabbing your luggage and going through customs was a breeze. The taxi stand line was very long but Ubers and Lyfts typically show up in about 10 minutes and are cheaper.

This is the first time I had a bad experience on this ship, however it is the last time I will sail with Royal. The food is always bad compared to other ships. The dining has been progressively going down hill. The shore excursions were not even remotely organized. The wait staff at times was down right rude. A lot of the shows were on the same night and then never showed again during the week making it very difficult to plan anything else.

This was our first cruise together and it didn't disappoint. The specialty restaurants were top notch. The decor and cleanliness of the ship were also excellent- Lastly the friendliness and helpfulness of the crew was incredible.

Caribbean is nice but not worth repeat visits. Just pay for a beach club near you and feeling will be the same.

Finally back to a full ship and Royal Caribbean did not disappoint. Food and service was fabulous. Lots to do, but never crowded. Very fun and enjoyable trip.

This being my first cruise, I didn’t know what to expect. I travel a lot and I avoided cruises because I heard rumours that cruising isn’t “real travel” and the ships are “just crowded and dirty”. That was my view on cruises for a long time. But this cruise completely changed my mind. I traveled to 12 countries on 5 continents this year. I traveled to some of the most incredible places on Earth and each has its own story. But I think I can honestly say that this cruise is one of the main highlights of my travels this year. I had an amazing time from start to finish. Royal Caribbean delivered world class service on a world class ship. The stories I tell about this cruise will no doubt, change the opinions of those who might have believed the same rumours that I once did. Thank you for an amazing experience.

It is wonderful cruise, except there are bed bugs in my stateroom.

Get the dining pass. Make sure the first thing you do when on the ship is make your dining reservations. Tip those employees extra if you can. Those room attendants work their butts off. Be respectful to the employees. They are there to kiss your butt, but please don’t be respectful or take advantage of that. Be respectful of other guess. People just want to have a good time, create memories and check stuff off their bucket list. Don’t be a butt hole and messed that up thinking you have to be the life of the party or something. The ship is big and beautiful. Get up and explore it.

Great vacation!!! The staff is super friendly. Great shows. Great specialty dining. Lots to do. Great food choices. I loved it!
