The ship was amazing. The food was average overall compared to other cruises I have been on. The excursions were ok, did not meet expectations, especially our snorkel trip to Roatan. Service from wait staff and cabin steward could not have been better.

The food overall was good. I was disappointed in the quality of the food in the main dining room. The desserts were very disappointing. Bananas foster was terrible, bananas were uncooked, chocolate lava cake was just a small piece of brownie with no filling. I had better food on other cruise lines in the past. We dined one evening at 150 Park Café, the service was the best I have ever had dining. I have traveled the world and have eaten at many fine restaurants, but our service was excellent in everyway.
Onboard Activities

The royal theatre performances were fabulous. Some of the best I have seen. The resident band Music Xpress was off the chain good. I wish we could have attended some of the performances more than once.

This was the highlight of the trip for me. All of the entertainment was top notch. Music Xpress was my favorite. Hairspray was so much better than what I had expected prior to sailing,

Menino and Erickson were unbelievably good. Their service was impeccable. Ryan our cabin steward was sooo good. His attention to every detail was spot on. Ryan's attitude was so positive everyday it made it a please to see him every morning.

I loved the variety of the ship. The boardwalk, the Central Park and the Promenade were so unique and gave such a different vibe. The changes were good, as you explored the areas of the ship. The cleanliness was outstanding
Cabin / Stateroom

Room was better than expected prior to booking. Ryan made everything perfect for us. The size was very comfortable, and cleanliness was outstanding.
Ship tip
Spend the extra money to dine at the finer restaurants. The main dining was ok, but t he premier place were money well spent.
We did a 3 site snorkel and beach trip. It was disappointing that we only got to snorkel a total of 30 minutes, and spent 2 hours on the beach. The boat was not easily accessible to get in and out of the water. Our guide seemed more interested in getting us through the experience vs. letting us take our time to explore the reef. I would not recommend the tour we took
Communication was terrible. We were told to wait in our staging area until we were told to leave. We were never told. If I would have not asked to leave, we would have missed out transfer to FLL. Our bus to FLL was 90 minutes late, and the staff was very unorganized and were of little help.
