I have been wanting to do this Southern Sailing for some time and am glad I did. Other than a few little things that made this trip not as good as last years, I am not disappointed

Casino in moderation was great . Also used the gym and track. Pool chairs got filled up quite fast. I dont remember this happening last year

Saw the Hiro aqua show, 1977 ice show and Flight in the Royal Theater. All great shows. Hiro was the best with Flight a close second

Very familiar with these ships. Everything was kept clean. A few machines at the gym were down for the whole trip. I also wanted to wipe down a machine one morning but all the dispensers were empty. One person in my group had the soda package and noted some machines were out of order in some way.

Get to the pool early if you want a good spot. Also, just general info, there have been questions on booking a cruise while on one. We did this last year for this trip and again a few days ago for Feb 2025 on the Wonder. I like to equate the feeling to getting a tattoo while your drunk 😁 and the agents at Next Cruise are helpful, you dont really get a good deal unless you go with non refundable deposits. That unfortunately does not work for me. Not sure if I would do it this way again.
Honestly not a fan of this one. I was here in 2019 also. It is a beautiful port but my problem was the merchants swarming me when i was looking to buy souvenirs. I noted that in my RC survey after that trip. Not much changed this time around.
Spent 2 nights here at the Courtyard by Marriott. Great hotel and love the rooftop patio and pool. My only gripe is there is no complementary breakfast.
