Review summary

Loved everything about this ship and the cruise!! My only complaint about the ship is that there were too many kids and they were allowed in adult venues (like bingo)…

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Arrived at 1:30pm… so easy and fast! Was on the ship by 1:40 and our room was ready!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
All of the food was excellent! Hooked seafood was phenomenal and wonderland was my favorite dining experience on board! My only complaint was that My Time dining wasn’t really “my time”… you had to book a reservation if you didn’t want to stand in line for 45 minutes or longer

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There are so many things to do onboard the ship! For those of you who say you were “bored”… well, that’s your own fault! It’s almost overwhelming how much there is to do every day on board the ship!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The aqua theater show was incredible… Flight in the main theater was awesome. We saw one comedy show that was pretty good. We also enjoyed the casino a few nights and won big! We even won a free future cruise!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
This ship is beautiful and huge!! We are seasoned cruisers and usually can make our way around a ship within a day or so…. But even after 8 days, I was still getting turned around! lol The ship was near full capacity, but it is so well laid out that we never felt overcrowded anywhere. It was busy in certain areas and at the buffet… but never “crowded”

Cabin / Stateroom

Ocean view balcony right by the elevators. Great location! Great views!

Ship tip

Book your excursions and onboard activities (shows, dining) early!! Also make your main dining reservations as soon as you are onboard… we only got to eat there twice because most of the times we wanted were already booked.

Ports of call

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

5 out of 5
This was a port we actually thought about staying on the ship for because we heard bad things about Haiti in general. We decided to go anyway and man I am so glad we did! Labadee ended up being one of my all time favorite ports!! The beaches were beautiful… the dragon coaster was so fun… and the people were amazing and friendly!! I would go back to this port anytime!!

Oranjestad, Aruba

We did not book an excursion here. Instead we bought an all day bus ticket for 10.00 each and just took the bus to Eagle beach. I highly recommend this beach!! Beautiful, not crowded and close to bars and restaurants

Willemstad, Curacao

5 out of 5
My favorite port! We are avid snorklers and booked an excursion to Cas Abao beach. By far the best snorkeling we’ve ever done!!! We hung out at the port when we were done and enjoyed some shopping and drinks! Loved every minute of curaçao!!

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
We did not have a flight to catch so we waited until the last possible minute to disembark. We brought our luggage with us and getting off the ship was a breeze! I will say though that waiting for our Uber at the cruise terminal was chaotic and took a lot longer than we anticipated. However, we were in no hurry so we didn’t mind the wait
