Review summary

Booking through BJ's was great and gave us extra perks. The itinerary was wonderful, the weather worked out and we visited all planned ports but this time, the food quality wasn't there and it seemed like a lot less service. We are pretty sure that this had a lot to do with the fact that Icon's first sailing was at the same time. Pretty disappointed. RC, you are better than that!!

In comparison in the past, it lacked luster. Not as much variety, food was cold and running out of dishes, seats. Stood in long lines in the main dining room.

It was ok.. Again not as great as in that past and this was our 3rd time on symphony. We've had much better experience on freedom or independence.

Ship was pretty clean but the layout isn't the best on symphony in comparison to others. There should be a dance floor in the middle, between the pools. Also, the speakers at the pool were incredibly loud, to the point a lot of us couldn't even hear each other talking and we were next to each other. It was ridiculous and unnecessary.

Cabin / Stateroom

Loved the fact we got a cabin that had the bed right next to the balcony door. It was dreamy watching the ocean right from the comfort of our bed.
