Overall, we enjoyed every minute on the ship! Loved all the shows, Mama Mia, Flight, Skating, Tiro, Comedy…bingo…

Embarkation was good; at first when we got there, there was no sign yet showing “slot time”, so everyone was kind of bunch together, than 10 still 11am, they started calling customer with who purchased “key”, than time…other than that, went smoothly afterwards, we were inside the ship by 11:15 am.

Pool was great but busy! Love the Solarium areas and hot tubs..mini golf was good, volleyball competition was very unorganized, need employee that knows the rules and game lol, ping pong was good, played shuffleboard for the first time, had great game!

Yes, I’m giving 5 star, although I do feel that because they have to cater to 6000, some employee feel grumpy…but it’s ok, we know they do work and very passionate!
Our Room steward were great! Waiters in windjammers were great as well!

Layout is great size for big ship and design was cool, they had different decor on each floor at the stairs area! Very clean and maintained.

Good size for interior, I don’t know if because Symphony is newer but the interior room is little bigger than older interior room.

Royal app is and will be ur best friend; utilizes that app as much as can. When u step inside the ship, start making ur reservation right away because shows and activities will get booked fast…
Honestly, wished RC would had gave us more time to explore the island, we had between 5:30pm-9pm to explore San Juan, we only walk around n explore shopping area and headed back to ship before it got dark…. But I can’t give more than 3 stars yet…area was ok!
Love CocoCay! Sadly that, ship are almost at capacity, there was 2 ships at one time, Mariner got there before us, so of course all chairs was ALL taken by them, unfortunately…. We got leftover 😭 over all we love the island, even before the island was updated, island was already loved by us!
