Review summary
It's really sad that you have an adult area for adults and we still have to deal with children, adults at a minimum age is 18 and your ship has 16 year old in the solarium and no one there to monitor the age. It's an adult area, the age limit should be 21, let the adults be with adults, not children or young adults, they have the entire ship so why can't the solarium be for adults 21 and over. They were in the hot tubs, being loud, just unreal, you had no where to go to enjoy peace and quite. Not even your stateroom, kids running down the halls. The ship really needs better security for the adult area. I have 4 children, when I go on a cruise I go to get away from them and get on the cruise ship and surrounded by them. Lastly I purchased the internet on the ship and it didn't work, I spent 2 days with Carlos trying to get my internet to work, he couldn't get it up to speed, he credited me half of the fee, half, I didn't have sufficient internet and he credited half. Unreal. Before this trip I spoke so highly of Royal Caribbean but please don't ask me now, this was the worst experience I have ever had on RC, I am a Diamond member but this was very sad.Embarkation
