Horrible! No entertainment whatsoever! No updates from Captain. Missed port at Puerto Rico - no stop! Nothing to do on board, staff and food amazing always and only reason I give this cruise a 1 star!

Cruising nowadays is something like shooting craps and having reasonable expectations

You chose to cruise during a pandemic

Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. Appreciate your feedback.

I understand your frustrations but given the circumstances you might as well advise people to avoid all cruises, not just RCL. Pretty sure it doesn't take a genius to figure out why Puerto Rico wouldn't allow the stop and since the captain probably isn't a viking he was ill-equipped for storming the castle. Thanks for the review and word of the day... dynamic.

Understand your frustration however with covid spreading cruise lines are reducing entertainment and other activities.

Cruising during Covid requires patience, flexibility and lowered expectations. Things are not as they were pre-Covid and may never be exactly the same.
