Overall a great cruise vacation. Such an amazing ship. I really have enjoyed the Oasis class ships the last two trips. Can't wait for our next cruise.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
It was great. The check in process is streamline and quick. We checked in online and had our seapass cards on the mobile app. They scaned my phone checked our passports and that was it. We went through security and went up stairs to the waiting area. It all took about 10 minutes. We were there before they started boarding. We purchased the Key and were one of the first groups called to board. It was worth it.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Overall dinning was hit and miss. We mostly ate in the main dinning room and specialty restuarants. Chops Grill and Wonderland were out of this world. Loved both of these restuarants. Jamie's Italian was good. Johnny Rockets was great. Izumi (sushi) was amazing. The only restuarant that disappointed us was Hooked. The food was fresh, but lacked flavor for my taste. The Windjammer had plenty of offerings and the food was really good. The main dinning room food was ok.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We used the gym on seas days. It was never too crowded. Plenty of machines and free weights. The pools were nice. At least when I went, it didn't seem too crowded. The slides were fun, definitely brought out the kid in me. I couldn't get enough of the flow rider. I wished I tried it sooner on the cruise. It was a lot of fun.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The ice skating show(1977) and Flight were our favorites. Hairspray was also a very well done production. I really enjoyed it. The aqua show, Hiro, was ok. It may have been because I was tired, but I didn't enjoy this one as much as I thought I would. The DJs on board were good. I really did enjoy listening to the other bands and musicians around the ship though.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The service was really good all around. The guys at the flow rider were all very helpful and encouraging. All of our waiters were attentive and friendly.
Ship Quality

The layout is great. There are so many places to just hang out and relax. The common areas were always clean or being cleaned.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The size of the cabin was good. Your typical balcony size cabin. No obstructed view. The design in muted and modern. I really liked the size of the couch. It was big and comfortable. The cabin has plenty of storage space for all of your belongings. Trust me I'm an over packer and I was able to fit everything somewhere.
Ship tip
The only bad thing I can say about the ship is the elevators. There just isn't enough of them. People were getting really frustrated with how long it took to get on one. Mainly because two or three would come to your floor and be completely packed with people. My tip is pack your patience or take the stairs if you can.
This port is really small. There's an area pass the stores, close to the taxis and the vans, where there's other vendors trying to sell you excursions. If you don't have to go through there, don't. We did an ATV excursion here which was a lot of fun. The ATV team did a great job of keeping everyone together. One of our favorite excursions on this trip. The beach we went to for the beach break portion was a day resort called "Las Palmas". The food was decent. The drinks were watered down and not worth the money. Unless you got a coconut drink from the guy on the beach. Those were so good. He actually cuts down the coconuts from one of the trees on the beach, cuts them open drains the water mixes it with rum and a few other things too, before serving it to you in the coconut. Highly recommend it, if you do this excursion.
I loved this port. One of my favorite ports on the cruise. So many things to do and see. You can spend the day just at the port. Do the aviary. It's about $14 or $15 per person. Lots of beautiful birds. We did the Bacalar Fort and 7 colors lagoon excursion on this trip The lagoon is a beautiful fresh water lagoon. We got to swim in two of the more shallow spots and were taken to see the cenotes there. We had a buffet lunch which was really good. Then we went to the fort. I will say that it was disappointing to not be able to do the fort as we were only given 15 minutes and the price of admission wasn't included. We didn't have time to go in, just walk around the outside of the fort. As soon as we got off the bus there were people trying to sell us stuff they were interrupting our guide when he was trying to explain some of the history of the fort to our group. Besides not getting any time to spend in the fort, this was a great excursion.
I really can't say much about the port because we went on an excursion in the main land and by the time we got back, we didn't have time to explore it before we had to get back on the ship for our all aboard time.
I liked this port. We were not hasseled by anyone at all while were here. We bought a few things and they were reasonably priced. We went to Atlantis for the day and had a great time. Would definitely come back here.
Disembarkation was smooth. We purchased the Key and had choice disembarkation. We were able to go to the main dinning room and have breakfast. Then when were finished, we were execorted to the terminal. It was a breeze. We had our passports and were able to do the face recognition screens through customs. It was quick and easy.
