Review summary

Highly recommended!!! A wonderful experience :-))

Embarkation

5 out of 5
The smoothest I have seen with over 6K passengers embarking.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The Symphony’s specialty restaurants were amazing! Hooked Seafood is fantastic- I had my birthday celebration there. Izumi (hibachi) restaurant is a total experience- the chefs are funny and personable. The Windjammer (buffet) isn’t that great... other passengers were NOT keeping watch over their children so... me and other passengers viewed some nastiness.

So amazing!!!

Solarium Bistro

5 out of 5

A beautifully pleasant area to eat - especially when the sun is setting!

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Never a dull moment... this ship offers a ton of activities.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The onboard shows were... WOW !!! Broadway quality and So well done :-)) ! The Schooner Bar was a bust the piano guy was awful - he appeared drunk and rambled on about his “...horrible life”. Many of the guest complained.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Our room steward, Maggie, was fantastic! We definitely left her with a wonderful extra tip!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Everything was so clean for it to be a huge ship ! However, the ship’s design is a bit confusing so be sure to grab a mini ship map on Day one.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Huge !!! Overlooking Central Park - quiet and fantastically located near the elevators so you can easily get to your room!

Ship tip

If going on an a International leg (foreigners outnumber Americans) be prepared for lots of rudeness, racism, and inappropriateness - especially when you are Black. Use Guest Services to make complaints.

Ports of call

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

5 out of 5
Loving it more and more... 2nd time at this port.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

5 out of 5
This port is great! There’s a swim up bar, a slew of unique shops, and exhibits so no need to really book an excursion! Average cost of a drink at the swimbar is $15. but it is 3 drinks in one !!! Trust me worth it :-))

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
Take a walk around - there are so many cool historical facts on various monuments placed all around!

Disembarkation

2 out of 5
Horrible- there’s no organization! Passengers getting on are mixed in with Passengers getting off the ship... total chaos !
