Awesome cruise. We are ready for our next adventure.

Quick and easy embarkation. Preparing ahead of time was worth it. Get your setsail pass and take your picture ahead of time.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Main dining was good. Johnny Rockets was awesome. Windjammer was pretty much like any buffet. Some things you like some you don't. Only complaint is Windjammer closes way to early.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The slides were awesome. Lines went quickly. I thought it would be worse. Pools are always crowded. Go in knowing this and if sitting by pool is important to you go early to ensure you get your favorite seat.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Shows were great. We could watch Hiro from our balcony. We watched it multiple times. Hairspray was good as well. The ice show was awesome. Flight was good but probably our least favorite. There were multiple parades and they even had an 80's street party on the Promenade, these were so much fun.

Children's Programs

No children with us.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Cid in Main dining was great. Made sure we had everything we needed. There was an issue with our seating second night but was worked out. They brought us a special cake the next night we ate in the Main dining. Amelia was a great room steward. It seemed room was cleaned every time we left. Alan Luciano at customer service desk was the most impressive. We got word our Boxer (dog) had died while on cruise. I was devastated. He got me a chair, bottle of water and unlimited calls home and to vet. It meant so much.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
People always cleaning. Love the hand washing stations before eating. I would rather wash hands than use hand sanitizer all the time. Hand sanitizer us available everywhere you go or leave. Ship is well maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Room was plenty big. Lots of closet space. Room under bed for suitcases. We took a lot of luggage and was worried there would not be room for all but was plenty of room. TV was huge and very bright.

Ship tip

Make reservations for shows before you go. Sea days go to pool early if sitting by pool is in your plans.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

Nice port. Porters were helpful and after giving him a $20 bill he stopped traffic and made sure we were able to get to parking deck with ease. Worth every penny and with all our luggage they deserve it.

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

Very dirty area. We did enjoy excursion. We had an awesome guide for day Shorn. We had booked horse riding, shopping and tour. I told him I wanted to see the sloths and monkeys and next thing you know we were there. He was awesome. Shoreexcursioner is the best place to book.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

Best port of call. Clean, has pool, shopping anything you need is right there. We went to Barefoot Beach at Tipsy Turtle. AWESOME is all I can say. Food was great, service was great. Drinks were strong. Had to lay down when we got back.Go in knowing people will try to sell you things just say no thank you and they move on.

Cozumel, Mexico

Great shopping. Clean port. Mr. Sanchos was awesome. Good food, drinks. If you know ahead of time people always will be coming by to sell you things you will just except it say no thank you and they move on. They do have someone that goes around with birds and an Iguana to take pictures. I can never resist the animals but that's just me.

Nassau, Bahamas

People there are very rude. Lots of shopping. You can just walk around the streets and shop. We tried Conch fritters at Sharkeez. Very good but the hand squeeze lemonade was best I ever had. People on waterfront selling conch shells. Make sure they have been cleaned. Customs will not allow it if not.

Disembarkation

This was the easiest thing yet. They take your picture and boom done you are on your way. Facial recognition is all they do now.
