Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Very pleased with the variety and quality of the food. I love escargo, and was able to enjoy it EVERY night of the cruise! Steaks were excellent, favorful and cooked the way we like. We expecially loved our servers, Leonardo and Tetianna. They were always glad to see us (large group of 14), knew each of our names and our dining likes. They very were very attentive and contributed greatly to our overall enjoyment of the cruise.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
I ziplined three times! We enjoyed the Solarium for relaxation and used the creative pool and hot tubs. Had great fun in the Escape room. We won with 1:38 sec left! Great fun playing Laser Tag.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Loved the entertainment, especially the Ice show. The use of the mini drones was amazing! The pool show was very creative and innovative. The show, Flight made extensive use of aerial special effects, just breath taking. Something we really when cruising is Standup Comedy, the performers onboard we side-spliting funny!

Children's Programs

No children

Service and Staff

Can not say enough about our waiters, Leonardo & Tetianna. They contributed so much to our wonderful cruise experience. Reynardo, our cabin steward, was always cheerful, knew who we were and was very attentive.

The Symphony was amazing!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Was glad to see that shower was now larger with a glass enclosure (goodbye flimzie shower curtain!) Cabin size was worth the upgrade, though if our cabin had been a couple of more forward, we would have had better views of Central Park. That being said, our primary objective was Cabin size and we very pleased with the size of the cabin. Other ships had much small cabins. Thank you for having plenty of hangers and the thermosat was was easy to set the temperature. Another thank you, more AC out lets and USB charging ports. The hairdryer was somewhat annoying as you had to keep the button pressed for it to stay on.

Ship tip

Get a day pass to the Spa. We throughly enjoyed the Spa area, especially the heated chaise lounges.

Cozumel has come such a long way from our first visit 6 years ago. This trip we did the ATV adventure and beach. We had great fun on the ATV's, beach was pleasant, but the ATV's exceeded our expectations! Our group of 8 had a great time. Kudo's to our guides, they were personably, funny and very atttentive. High y recommend this excursion.

Nassau, Bahamas Did not visit port

Stayed onboard. We've been to Nassau many, many times. Great to be onboard when most everyone is off ship!
