Review summary

Redesign ill conceived. They are throwing darts at the wall changing things and finding out it’s a fiasco. In service for half a year still changing things. New ships can take a month or two to get staff aligned. This one half a year and still confused by poor leadership.

Cove Balcony they shut your balcony with a huge metal door like a coffin when filling up on Liquid natural gas. They shut it at 9pm reopen it only 5pm next. For our safety they say, if it’s that dangerous I don’t feel great about it.

Ship tip

Dôme is beautiful but small and very limited in space. Not well conceived, shows you need to line up more than 30 minutes before show. Don t rely on app for booking dining it’s unreliable and does not show availability. Main dining reservations only available late. They expand premium plan to include unlimited specialty. Result good luck getting a specialty dining reservation all booked.
