Bad customer service

Had mini suite with balcony. When out of sodas in room told to call room service with never a response, Constant sell BULLYING of alcohol sales. Missed port due to mechanical resulted in less than $18.00 port tax refund.Many people upset with missed port, Victoria and Princess replied with $50.00 credit on future $3,000.00 cruise. As a retired business owner I am reasonable but not foolish. A total lack of care or concern on Princess part. Will NEVER do business with this unprofessional team again. Think twice before sailing with this firm!
